Full automatic spraying painting machine:It is designed according to the microcosmic characteristics of tiles and Climate-duality material. After natural drying, the cement semi-finished tiles will have a process as below:Cleaning of appearance - Preheating -  Middle drying - Facial spraying - Bottom spraying -  Facial cooling It will offer drying heating to dried concrete tiles for three times and spraying for two times to improve the quality of the tiles. Except for the  feeding and out-coming processes, the production of coating and drying are automatic. HL-T5 production line equipments is equipped with coating feeding system, which applies imported PC control program for inlet of the nozzle, American Graco high pressure spraying system eliminates compressed air in the paintings in order to avoid the damage resulting from water and oil in the air. The production line has the capacity of 100 kg light particles in each square centimeter, resulting in high quality and utilization rate of 85%, saving painting costs as well as reducing pollution to the environment. High pressure spraying also has the advantages of high efficiency and uniform angles and distribution.  The feeding system takes the advantage of stainless steel and high pressure rubber pipe. Therefore, the products are applicated for oil-nature painting and water-nature painting. After the control parameters are changed according to the production requirements, the machine can be applicated for painting other plates. (heating room)
