The machine can be operated conveniently and easily. It requires no special professional training before operating the machine thanks to its automatic control program.
With an integrated design of machine, electricity and liquid, the m achine is computerized, matched with color liquid crystal touch screen. By applying advanced hydraulic press elements and advanced manufacturing process, the whole system can be generally run without a stop.
The unique high-frequency and vibration device distributes the material quickly and evenly, adds material with low frequency and vibrates the material with high frequency. The bench mould makes the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds by pressing, shutting and vibrating the concrete.
